A little help, when you need it.
Help with sign-in, family sharing, records and backups.
Tell us what happened
Include your App version, iOS or iPadOS version, when the issue happened, and the steps to reproduce it. Hide unnecessary personal information in screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.
Save a backup
Open Home → More → Data management → Full Backup. Save the resulting file somewhere you can find again. The available scope depends on your current local or shared family and your permissions.
Before restoring
Keep a copy of your current records first. Open Data management → Restore backup and read the confirmation carefully. Local restore replaces data on this device; shared-family import has its own selection and confirmation steps. Do not delete the App as a troubleshooting step before saving your data.
Know the limits
Server backups cover synced service-database data for operator-managed recovery. They do not cover unsynced local changes or photo files outside that database. They are not a self-service restore of your whole phone. Local exports may not include every shared record or photo.
Sharing and handoffs
Both caregivers need to sign in. Accept the family invitation and check that the correct baby is selected. Invitations, permission changes and membership management require a connection.
Delete an account
Open Home → More → Family & sharing → Account management → Delete account, verify your sign-in and review the consequences before confirming. Deleting the App does not delete the account. Shared family history and backup copies may remain as described in the full privacy policy.
