Accounts and shared care
Kinono stores account, family membership, permission and synced care information to provide shared care. Access is controlled by family and baby permissions.
Storage and connections
The service database and encrypted operational backups are currently on the same operator-controlled host. Service connections use HTTPS. This is not a promise that processing is limited to your country.
Backups
Local backup files are separate from server recovery. Server backups do not cover unsynced changes or photo files outside the database, and do not protect against loss of the entire host. Keep your own backup files and check their scope.
Deletion and shared history
You can request account deletion in the App or through support. Ending access does not automatically erase earlier contributions to shared family records. Backup copies are removed through the documented rotation process, not instantly.
Questions or corrections
Contact support to request help with access, correction, a copy or deletion of your data. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
